TM Freight Group provides international freight forwarding services including air freight, sea freight, and land transport primarily between Miami, Florida (USA) and Guyana. Our services include receiving, packing, and shipping goods on behalf of our customers.
3. Shipping Terms
- All shipments are subject to customs regulations of the originating and destination countries.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items shipped comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prohibited and restricted items as defined by US export laws and Guyanese import regulations may not be shipped.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are based on weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected.
- Quotes provided are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual shipment details.
- Payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customs duties and taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Liability and Insurance
TM Freight Group's liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable carrier's liability limit, whichever is less. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by acts of God, government actions, customs delays, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date in case of loss). Claims must include documentation of the shipment value and evidence of damage.
7. Prohibited Items
The following items may not be shipped through our services:
- Hazardous materials and dangerous goods (unless properly declared)
- Illegal substances and contraband
- Firearms and ammunition (without proper licensing)
- Perishable goods (unless using appropriate shipping methods)
- Items prohibited by US export or Guyanese import regulations
